1) Initially prices were high due to the machine and initial set up required for it. But as time went by the prices went down and considering the current scenario the prices seems to be affordable.
2) Highly skilled handwork embroidery artisans are stage of extinction as people get similar hand embroidery designs from the computer embroidery machines at a cheaper rate and in bulk quantity.
